Assisting with the recruitment of teachers and headteachers dedicated to helping children and young people learn.
Quality assurance:
Providing learning-focused school reviews, validating school self-evaluations, evaluating the implementation and impact of initiatives and projects.

Advising on and assisting with the production of learning improvement plans.
School start-up:
Advising on and assisting with the establishment of new schools.
General consultancy:

Quality Assurance:
Leading, together with Howard Marshall, the external validation of the self-review and validation of all schools operated by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports in the Isle of Man.
Consultancy:
On local education provision for a company in Uganda, on international education for a company in the Netherlands, on curriculum development for a group of schools in China, on pandemic response for a school and international NGO in Africa, on English language learning for a private language school in Russia.
Recruitment:
Assisting, on behalf of Fieldwork Education, with the recruitment of leaders for schools in Nigeria, Oman, Russia and Trinidad and Tobago.
Curriculum Development:
Supporting a school in Uganda with interpreting and implementing the country's National Curriculum.
